3 thoughtsThis might work but I couldn't tolerate the taste. It is very very thick and strong tasting. I purchased the berry favor but it taste like Carmel. I really like Carmel but this is strong. The best way I found to use it is with yogurt.2nd comment - there should be a smaller bottle to purchase. I can not image anyone needed the entire bottle that is currently be sold.3rd comment- no proof that it really works. It is loaded with some great nutrients but there is no real way to know if healing is from this product or not.

I really love the taste of this protein. It is extremely sweet so it couldn’t be taken straight, but I could put it in a lot of things. I have to take some pills with applesauce every day and I add it to that, I also put it in my oatmeal or cream of wheat. I also make a shake out of a Greek yogurt, milk, ice cream, and frozen strawberries. Makes a really nice thick strawberry shake
