At this time, Medtrition products are available exclusively online for home use. Our direct-to-consumer business grew from patients and caregivers who first experienced our formulas in clinical settings and wanted continued access at home. Selling directly online allows us to ensure product quality, freshness, and the highest level of customer support.
You can purchase directly from us here, as well as through our official Medtrition stores on Amazon and Walmart.com. When shopping on Amazon or Walmart, please confirm the product is “Sold by Medtrition” to ensure authenticity and our quality and service guarantee.

Shipping in the United States (excluding Hawaii)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders in the continental United States.
We strive to process orders the same day; however, orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping to Hawaii
If you would like to order from Hawaii, please call customer service (877) 271 3570) to place your order. At this time, we cannot accept Hawaii orders through our webstore. Hawaii customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Expedited Shipping
If you would like your order sooner, choose FedEx 2Day® 4 business days under shipping method at checkout.
Please note expedited shipping follows the order processing timing noted above.
- Expedited shipping: 4 business days
- Orders placed after 12PM EST will be processed the following business day (this would be considered day 1)
- Orders placed on a Friday after 12PM EST will be processed the following Monday (this would be considered day 1)
Customers are responsible for the cost of expedited shipping. The cost varies depending on distance and size of package.

You can return any product that was directly ordered from Medtrition within 30 days of receipt. In order to return, send an email to customerservice@medtrition.com with "Product Return" in the subject line.
The Customer Service department will then review the return request and send a reply within three business days with the status of approval and the instructions for how to send your items, or the unused portion of your items back to our warehouse. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

We only ship in the United States; however, we have distributors in over 35 countries! Please contact international@medtrition.com to see if Medtrition products are available in your country.

We transitioned to a completely new online platform in April of 2022. Account information from our previous store is not transferrable, so as a result, you will need to create a new account.

Our warehouse ships product out on business days (Monday through Friday). If an order is placed after 12pm on Friday, it will be shipped out the following Monday.
This also applies to orders with expedited shipping placed after 12pm on Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until Monday.
