Shipping policy

 

Shipping in United States (excluding Hawaii)

We offer free standard shipping* on all orders in the continental United States!

If you would like your order sooner, choose expedited shipping at checkout. You are responsible for cost of expedited shipping. The cost varies depending on distance and size of package.

*We do NOT ship to PO boxes.

Shipping Speed:

Our warehouse ships product out on business days (Monday through Friday). If an order is placed after 12pm on Friday, it will be shipped out the following Monday (except on holidays).

This also applies to orders with expedited shipping placed after 12pm on Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until Monday.

If you have questions regarding when you will receive product, please contact customer service.

Shipping to Hawaii

If you would like to order from Hawaii, please call customer service (877) 271 3570) to place your order. At this time, we cannot accept Hawaii orders through our webstore. Hawaii customers are responsible for shipping costs.

International Shipping

We only ship in the United States; however, we have distributors in over 35 countries! Please contact international@medtrition.com to see if Medtrition products are available in your country.
