ProSource® NoCarb Protein

Oral: Take 30 mL (or 1 pouch) directly or mix into hot or cold liquids or foods.

Tube Feeding: Flush tube with 30 mL (or 1 pouch) of water before and after administration. Dilute 1 serving with 30 mL of water. Draw into syringe and administer.

Do not mix with tube feeding formula.
Not a sole source of nutrition.
Not for parenteral use.
Use under medical supervision.

Pouches: Store at ambient temperature.

Bottles: Store at ambient temperature. Discard three months after opening. Contains natural ingredients which may darken over time.
