Tastes great!

as my possibilities to eat enough protein are limited (I lost most of my sense of taste) I need some source of it. Gelatin does two things for me: I get some (good) taste out of it, and it provides protein I need. I take it daily, part of it in the morning, part of it in the afternoon.

The product is great. The service is terrible and they will make you waste your money. The company shipped a product that obviously needs refrigeration in a plain cardboard box without proper packing. Worst this was order in August during the hottest weeks of our summer and they did not pack the product properly. The gelatin cups arrived ruined with the product clearly damaged and never returned my emails for assistance. It is a shame that a great product that can be so beneficial to very sick old people like my mother, it all ruined by poor costumer service and poor management approaches. Shame on Meditricion!!!

Hello Jenny,

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear this and understand how frustrating it must have been to receive a product that appeared damaged.

To clarify, our Gelatein products are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration during shipping. They are formulated to be safe and effective at room temperature. That said, we take shipping concerns seriously and are reviewing this order to ensure packaging met our quality standards.
Regarding customer service, our team is based in Lancaster, PA and available Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM EST. While we do not provide 24-hour customer service, every inquiry is responded to promptly when we are open.

We appreciate you sharing your concerns, and we are committed to delivering on our promise. Customer service is working with you now and we hope you will give us a chance to make this unfortunate experience right.

Thank you again for sharing.
