IBtrol actually works – finally something that helps! I’ve struggled with IBS for years and definitely tried it all and overall just felt I had to deal with it as it was. Nothing really helped long-term or felt sustainable. This is the first product I’ve found that seems to help all of my IBS related issues. I take it every day now and am surprised to rarely even think about IBS, when it used to be constantly on my mind. I’m way less bloated, my bathroom schedule is way more normal, and I’m not scared to eat anymore. Try it!

IBtrol really helps to create a regular bowel movement pattern, plus it seems to work well in making what comes out very mangeable, ie not much need for lots of wiping away, just plop and done! When I am consistent about using it, the flatulence I get decreases too, which is good news for those around the vicinity. I find it's easy to drink, so long as I do it as soon as the powder is mixed with water. The taste is fine. I am really happy to recommend this product.

This product works extremely well right from the first dose. It tastes terrible and you should be careful if you choke easily. Personally I choose to keep taking it because it works so well.

This product calmed my gut down almost straight away, I have tried psyllium products before but this does seem to be much better with faster results. My gut feels normal again, I had forgotten how good that feels! I like the taste and it feels like good value for money as it is a big jar. I will definitely be buying again!

It's fine, I haven't seen a difference yet but I have both Metamucil Orange flavor with pre-biotics and pro-biotics and they seem like the same formula only much cheaper and they have a no return policy.
