Original can be added to all types of liquids and soft foods.

Ingredients

Water, Protein (from collagen hydrolyzate and whey isolate), Maltodextrin, Fructose, Phosphoric Acid, Natural Flavors, Sodium Acid Sulfate, L-Tryptophan, Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate (preservatives). CONTAINS: MILK.

Gluten and lactose free.

Directions for Use

Oral: Take 30 mL (1 fl oz) directly or mix into hot or cold liquids or foods.

Tube Feeding: Flush tube with 30 mL of water before and after administration. Dilute 1 serving with 30 mL of water. Draw into syringe and administer.

Do not mix with tube feeding formula.
Not a sole source of nutrition.
Not for parenteral use.
Use under medical supervision.

Storage

Store at ambient temperature. Discard three months after opening. Contains natural ingredients which may darken over time.
