Directions for Use

Use daily to promote normal bowel movements and help alleviate diarrhea constipation, abdominal pain, gas, and bloating from IBS-C, IBS-D, and IBS-M. Take one scoop daily with 8 oz of water for the first 7 days, add more water if desired. Stir briskly and drink immediately to prevent gelling – let the gelling occur in your gut! After day 7, increase to two scoops daily in the morning and evening with at least 8 hours in between.

IBtrol is suitable to take alongside a low FODMAP diet.
