Sugar Free High Protein Dessert

Gelatein delivers two and three times the protein of standard nutritional shakes, puddings and clear liquid drinks with only 80 calories per serving. They are available in refreshing fruit and citrus flavors, offering an assortment of flavors and adding variety to the diet. Appropriate for both clear liquid and dysphagia diets.

The protein gelatin was surprisingly delicious!Purchased this for my colonoscopy prep to get some protein that day.Would buy these again!

High protein supplement

Some people say they hate the taste. I actually love it. It goes down real easy. I started eating it when I was in the hospital. It's very important that I get plenty of nutrition and protein. I'd be careful though. Some of the flavors are sugar free and low in calories. So if you actually need calories (like I do) you should make sure you're not getting a low calorie one.

It’s okay!

If you really need protein rich foods this is okay. It has a thick gooey consistency but I choked it down. It’s not like ordinary jello but did the job
